How are you deploying? Which merge modules are u using? In your setup and deployment package, you'll need to supply the key code (when you registered your product).

Follow the instruction and when you are done then run the setup on your destination computer. Once the setup is done you should be able to run your CR application.

Once you figure it out it's pretty easy. I was able to develop my own 'crystal enterprise' solution with Active Directory.
