Default VB.Net 2002 Std and Crystal 9 Prof HELP

I have VB.Net 2002 Std, it does not not have Crystal Report.
Eventually I got Crystal Report 9 Prof for .Net, by the time that I wanted to test some codes It turned out I needed the following files.

CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine
CrystalDecisions.ReportSource
CrystalDecisions.Shared
CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms

Does it mean that I should have atleast a Prof Edition just to use Crystal Reports?
