Hello. I am completely new to Crystal Reports. This request is probably very easy, but I just can't figure it out. I have a report that came with a help desk database that we purchased. It shows how many calls were closed in 1 day, 2 days, etc. along with the total percentage that represents. I need to be able to choose a start date and end date for the report. I figured out how to get it to ask for start and end, but when I do it, I get the exact same results. The URL is a link to the Report that can be downloaded and looked at. Please help. Thanks.
