Default Is that possible in CR ?

Can i make dynamical report (user is choosing column names and conditions) in Crystal Report Enviroment ?

Yes - you'll need the Crystal Reports Developer Edition V10 or XI, and you should use the ReportDocument API.

There may be license implications if you want to distribute your application though.
