arabic font in crystal viewer

i have created a report 8.5 which includes arabic text

when the viewer controll is used the arabic text is shown in a clustered/overwritten way

but the printing is ok
how to correct this in viewer.

further..
a mix of arabic and numbers/alphabets is causing the problem
fully arabic text displays correctly
