Default Create formula at runtime for sections...

I create a report at runtime - add fields, two groups. Now I need to display a new page after the groop footer of the second group. I tried to insert a formula for NewPageAfter property of the footer but with no effect. Is it possible to set properties of this kind to report sections at runtime? Please, help
