Default Crystal Report 8 and Windows 2003

I have some problems with installing Crystal Enterpise 8.0 at Windows 2003 server. When starting Crystal Management Console, error 404 is shown because .csp file is not processed with IIS. I found some information at Crystal Reports support http://support.businessobjects.com/l...s/c2010922.Asp, but there are no infos about configuration IIS 6 for proper running Crystal Enterprise.
Similar problem is solved here http://p2p.wrox.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=36654

Thank Vasek
