Drawing Horizontal Row on condition - Mure

Hi,

in my report details section.. my client required Horizontal on condition. if the rows more than 6 lines . every 3 lines he need a horizontal line. if the data is lessthan 6 lines no horizontal line.
Is it possible.. pls help..
