Default Force printer dialog to appear when printing

I want the printer dialog box to appear when the 'Print' button on a crystal report file is clicked .

I have this report running in a number of locations . On certain machines the printer dialog box appears allowing the user to select the printer , paper size etc

On some machines when the 'Print' button is clicked the printer that is set as default is displayed .The user cannot select the printer or paper size .he can only select the pages to print.

Please help me as I am stuck because of this issue.

Thanks in advance

Regards
Mathew
