Hi,

I have a client still running Crystal 8.5 and they can't export to Acrobat. When I tried to export, I just got a popup saying "Failed to export file" (or words to that effect; no help at any rate). I can export to other types of files, but not Acrobat and that's what they need.

Could this be a version problem? They are running 8.5 on XP machines, so I wonder if there could be an issue with a current version of Acrobat working with an old version of Crystal.

Anyone ever run into this?
