All Time in Report appearing as 12:00:00AM

All the TIME data in the report is appearing as 12:00:00AM. I understand that this is the default format if there is only date data available.
However,I have confirmed the data in the database to be in full date-time format. Eg: 10/10/2006 03:00:00PM.
What can be the other possible cause? Please assist.
