Default parameter sending to crystal report

I am using crystal report viewer in c#.net based web form. I am using the following code to send parameters:
        CrystalDecisions.Shared.ParameterFields param1Fields = new CrystalDecisions.Shared.ParameterFields();
CrystalDecisions.Shared.ParameterField param1Field = new CrystalDecisions.Shared.ParameterField();

CrystalDecisions.Shared.ParameterDiscreteValue param1Range = new CrystalDecisions.Shared.ParameterDiscreteValue();
param1Field.ParameterFieldName = "@EM_ID"; // ' Parameter Name In Crystal Report
param1Range.Value = Request.Form["CheckBox1"];

CrystalReportViewer1.ParameterFieldInfo = param1Fields;

The problem with above code is that @EM_ID contains more than 1 comma seperated values of employeeId to view their salary bills. But the report only showing report of only one emloyee.
I think when report refreshes it lost the other values.

Report works fine when I don't use the above code and enable "report parameter prompting" to take values.

Please help..................
