I am using Visual studio 2003
I cant find crystal report by using project/addnewItem/
the template window opens but i dont see crystal report icon there.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled studio 2-3 times but no change

First remove the VS 2003 completely.
Then reboot your system and install VS 2003 completely (include all additional packages).
Crystal Report should be now available (it worked for me ...).
