Crystal report does not print

I am using crystal report. I have used view as data source. Every thing is working fine and crystal report shows the report. But when I click the print button, it shows a FILE DOWNLOAD window with Open, Save, Cancel option for a pdf file with crrv.pdf. It only saves or opens the file but does not print. I have uninstalled all the pdfs.

Can any one help me in this regard???

do you have any printer installed on the system on which you are running the report.
