Need help with using crsytal for mail label report

Hi all,

I'm struggling to find information/tutorials/sample apps on using crystal reports (for .net) to create mail label reports.
Any information you pass on will be much appreciated, and also, is you have used mail labels yourself with crystal, it would be great if you could share your some of your knowledge with me!
