Exporting to Text

I need to print a report to a line printer, I'm assuming the way to do it is export to text and LPR the file to the printer!?
If so I'm having problems exporting from C#, the report footer always gets cut off and I only have 34 lines in the text file were I'd expect to see at least 60 ( lines per page setting )

Any ideas?
