Default CSS style issue ok in Firefox but not in IE6

I'm developing an e-comms site using a software package called Actinic. Sadly, I'm having to use standard HTML due to the requirements of the software.

I have some static pages which appear to be playing up, when contact is wrapped around <p> tags. Whereby there appears extra top padding/or margin when view in IE6+ - but in Firefox it displays fine.

Can anyone stop my mistake?
