Default Displaying Text using CSS

Hi,
I was trying to add a constant text in my text area. I would like this text to be there anytime I use a particular CSS. Does anyone know how to do this.

Thanks

I would like a static text to be added to all text areas that have a particular CSS applied to it.
Also it should be differentiated from the rest of the text area

You can't do that with CSS.

Must the TEXTAREA itself always be there? If not you could hide the whole textarea on certain pages. It's easier to take away than to add...
If you want to do that, look up the 'display' and 'visibility' properties.
