I abit confuse for php. I am a new user to the program. I'm confuse if i want to use php on my web site but i heard it need Web server to run it. If i have a IIS sever installed on my PC, do i still required to install Apache?

No, all you need is one Web server. PHP can be used with IIS and Apache (and other web servers).

If you already have IIS running, you only need to install PHP to be able to run PHP files. Check out http://www.php.net/ for more details and the download of PHP.
