Default Page titles do not show as they should

Hi everyone,

at www.adafi.be the page titles are set to this: Adafi Software - CRM & Accounting Solutions

When you click 'here' at the homepage, all page titles are set back at 'untitled', even so they are not supposed to be 'untitled'.

When I test this locally, it works fine. The page titles are shown correctly on each page. However, when I upload the site to the webserver and check the site online, it doesn't work anymore.

I set the page titles on the HomeFrameSet-level and that works fine locally.
Setting the page titles separately on each page doesn't have any effect.

Hopfully someone can help me.

Kind regards,
Ruben.

Hi Ruben,

I am not sure what you mean with: "Setting the page titles separately on each page doesn't have any effect."

On a framed page, only the outer framed page's title will be seen in the browser window. Sub pages do not influence the browser's title bar.

Is it possible you are looking at a cached version of the frameset? To try that out, use Ctrl+Refresh to refresh the entire frameset and content pages.

Cheers,

Imar

That was exactly what it could have been.
A couple of hours after having uploaded the site onto the webserver, I saw the correct page titles.

I knew that the page titles had to be set on the frameset level.
But because there wasn't any result 'online', I thought that perhaps I was mistaken.

Anyway, it works fine now, thx a lot for your feedback.

Cheers,
Ruben.
