Need help regarding Custom Tags

Hi,

<cf_getdata record="ALL" section="HomePageQuickLinks" layoutstyle="HomePageQuickLinks" IDSORT="ASC" DATESORT="ASC">

The above cod is in my home page. The cf_getdata tag contains different links. Now i need to add another link to it.I could not find where they kept all these links. will it be in database or any external file.

pls give me some help immediately for the above task.
