I'm building the content creation page (page 591 onwards)and whilst I can construct the form, I note that the "Insert record" page 592 fig 16-17 is not the same as the Insert record wizard, see paragraph 4 that I open.
In my wizard there is no "get values from" menu, no "column menu" and the "form elements" are called "form fields" . The first item in my "form elements" is ID Also there are 22 columns in my form and not 17 as in fig 16-18 page 593.
I have not yet completed the form and "inserted record" as I don't want to foul up what's already complete.
