Default Can I Increase The Size Of The Document Window

I have Dreamweaver MX 2004. Is there a way I can expand the size of document window and make it larger to work in. I find that the panels on the right side take up a lot of room and reduce the size of the document window, and I can only expand the document window up to the border of the panels on the right side. Is there a hot key or something that will enlarge the document window. Thanks.
