Default WebXel Validator Extension

Hello, everyone!

I downloaded (tried to?) Dreamweaver MX 2004´s extension "Form & Validation Control Inspectors" distributed (freely) by WebXel´s (http://www.webxel-dw.co.uk/extension...s_details.html) but when installed, it seems to me that something is wrong or I cannot use it (or both).

The point is that I can see the extension included in the "Dreamweaver´s Menu" ("WebXel Menu") but there is no options "below" it... I mean, when I choose (for instance) the "Common" option, I get "Hyperlink" , "Email link" , etc but when this new WebXel option is chosen, nothing appears.

Please help and... thanks in advance!
fskilnik.

For the interested readers:

It seems to me that there is something wrong with this extension. Therefore I suggested you NOT installing it.

If you need some validation controls related to textfields, Radios and Checkboxes buttons, etc, I strongly suggest the (also free) "Yaromat CHECK FORM MX extension".

       http://www.yaromat.com/dw/?ex=Check%20Form%20MX

I installed it and it works nicely. It is easy to operate and the only difficulty I had was to find WHERE the extension was (after installed, for sure). It will be in (Dreaweaver MX 2004) "TAG" panel, submenu "Behaviors" (look for "Yaromat").

That´s it. There are many other extension there. I would have a look if I were you.

Yaromat´s Homepage: http://www.yaromat.com/dw/

Cheers,
fskilnik
