is there any one that knows why a programe whould give back this error:

The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.
please help me to fix the problem

There could be many reasons for this error.

I think this would be one of them:

While True

Loop

This causes the loop to run for ever, which eventually causes a timeout. Are you performing heavy queries or other long-running actions in your page? Maybe an infinite loop somewhere?

yes that's right.one of my while loops didn't have rs.movenext()
