Connecting pages

Hi.
I'm really new to web design and I have a few questions about DreamWeaver.

1. If I wanted to add videos to my webpage, how do I do that? Do I need to install plugins into a certain file to make it play when people click on it?

2. I've got the main page up, that I created with another program, just plain and simple. But I need to know how to make multiple pages so that when people click on the NAV bar, it'll link to the videos, photo gallery, etc..

3. How to add multimedia?

There are a lot of things I have questions about, so please bear with me. That's all for now.

If anyone has ANY advice to offer, it would be greatly appreciated. I've never done this type of thing before.
