I have a page built around a template that covers everthing except the changing content in the page. I would like to make the Title, Description and Keyword sections modifiable. T tried making that area an editable region and the template saves but when I try to create a new page based on that template, after I enter title tags with infromation between them Dreamweaver crashes. What am I doing wrong????

Probably nothing.

Dreamweaver has a tendency to crash when working with templates quite often. Make sure you have installed the latest service packs. If that doesn't fix it, you could modify the file outside Dreamweaver and reopen it.

If you have a reproducible scenario to make it crash, report a bug. It's hard to fix something without knowing what error occurs when and how, so I am sure a detailed scenario would help them resolve the issue in the next version.
