Default EJB

I am using MyEclipse 5.1.1
Now I want to develpe an ejb3 or ejb2 modules.

Can any one tell me how to develop ejb3 or ejb2 by using MyEclipse step by step.

If it is possible can any one how to develop ejb3 or ejb2 in Netbeans 6.1.
