Default Userform

I have used a userform where I've designed and created a payslip that I wish to save as pdf or any other form. To this moment, it appears to me that a userform canot be saved. I've researched the issue and cannot find anything that supports my wish to save.

Please advise if there is any way I can do to save the userform.

Thank you
