Default Autosizing columns

I'm creating a new worksheet with a filter macro and I want the columns to autosize. What's the best way to accomplish this?

I also need to know how to make a macro available to any excel file, rather than only the file it was created in.

Thanks.

I guess next time I should check the built-in help before asking dumb questions. :)

Worksheets(filterSht).Columns("A:E").AutoFit

I still don't know how to create the macro for multiple files though.
