Trying to avoid duplicacy

A) I have a file with two forms and a bunch of data in it.

B) I have around 50 odd more templates.

I need to attach A) with all 50 templates (B).

I am looking for a way to centrally somehow attach the data and forms present in the file (A) ....to all templates (B)...so that it (A) had to be maintained centrally and once.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
