If you'd like to provide us with some information, we might be able to help you :) :-

Where are you entering your information; how are you entering your information; how is the stock quantity held in the other sheet; what have you tried already; why aren't you using a database?

Chris

Thankx Chris......here are the answers:
-Where are you entering your information?
A table into sheet1 which is considered the Sales Report
-how are you entering your information?
simply by writing them by key board
-how is the stock quantity held in the other sheet?
It is a built list of the items (name and quantity) held in my storage
-what have you tried already?
I am tring to use loop and for each, but so far no achivment yet for the wanted task
-why aren't you using a database?
cuz Excel is very flexiable programme in commpareson, so prefered to utilise this feature of Excel....

hope i answred your Qs Chris
King Regards to all...........

hesham
