Default Excel sometimes loses VBA code

Hi,

Occasionally, my Excel spreadsheet (version Excel 2002 SP-1) loses its VBA code. When I open the speadsheet, I get a dialogue saying that the code is lost and that the file must be re-saved without it.

It even says "sorry for the inconvenience"... Inconvenience??!!!!

Does anyone know why this happens, and what I can do to stop it happening again?

I should mention that it MAY be something to do with the fact that I have a VB6 project open at the same time as the spreadsheet... but I really don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Hope you can help.

James
