How to save the document or workbook
without saving the code in the vbe Editor code?

generally you can't, when you save the code is automatically saved. If you simply want to have the contents of the workbook availbel for someone esle without the vba code in its just as easy to write a macro to copy the sheets to a new workbook.

The new workbook would then exist with no code attached.
