VBA Draggable images in Word

I am trying to make an image draggable in word which can be positioned then some VBA script to check whether it is in a certain place. if the image is in the right place then user feed back to be given.

Does anyone know how to do this?

I can make the image draggable but cannot get any VBA behind it
Or I can get VBA behind it but not make it draggable. I need both.

Please Help
