Did you ever solve this problem? I want to take a PDF file and separate out pages into different files and am thinking that your solution may help me.
What other resources did you find for manipulating PDF files?
I have only found that a thirdparty package can do this. Take a look at some shareware packages on a trial basis. PDF is an unusual format that doesnt convert into office packages easily.
