How do you enable marcos after disabling them?

I'm writing some VBA code, but I disable marcos when I first open the
workbook because I'm using some User-Defined Functions.

But when I want to debug my new code I can't because Excel says I have macros disabled.

Help!

Tools menu/Options/General and uncheck macro virus protection.
