Can I obtein data from Excel from Internet

Hi,

I want to know if I can obtain data from EXCEL through internet, maybe HTML, ASP or XML.

I have an archive with many information in EXCEl, I know I can obtain this information using ASP and SQL, but I don't have time to make a database SQL.
