i need to execute data according to the week entered. which means when i key in "4" weeks at the user input, it will execute 8 weeks data and when i key in "6" weeks, it will execute 12 weeks data. at this point i use the formulae offset to extract the data from table. please help me with this...

You need to "execute data" -- what does that mean?

You're grabbing data (according to a particular date column) in an Excel spreadsheet using VB? So you will enter a date and a number such as "4" to grab 8 weeks of data (from the date entered) from the spreadsheet?

Please expand your explanation of what's going on.
