On Page 23 of the "Excel 2003 VBA: Programmers Reference" it says that the Excel Object Model, which appears in Appendix A of the book, also appears on the WROX website.
I should have mentioned in my original message that I already downloaded the file ("Excel_2003_VBA_Code.zip") for the "Excel 2003 VBA Programmer's Reference" book, but Appendix A is not part of this download.
