Accessing Drawing Objects from code

I have prepared a Jigzaww on excel work book. It contains Excel formulas and circles and lines. when i choose save the workbook as web archive (.mht),there circles do not come into the saved files. So what can i do.I think drawing objects could be intigrated into code but i do not know how. Pls be kind to post your views on this issue.
