Seems like you can... In VB.NET, an ActiveX DLL is now refered to as a Class Library.

dear sir,

I hopes that you must have solved your excel vba problems by now.
your conversation was extreamly helpful for me .

I want to know a very little thing from you people that whenever i add my activeX dll to vba project it gives an error message that can't add this reference.

Please suggest me what may be the reason of this problem, and how to tackle it,as i am biting my nails .

thanks in advance
with kind regards
