Is there any way I can terminate an exe running in the system with excel macro.Please help

Do you want to close a non-MS Office program that is running on your system with an Excel macro or VBA? If this is what you would like to do, then I don't think this is possible because VBA needs to be run in the MS office environment. You would be able to do this with VB (with a compliled app), but I am pretty sure this is not possible with Excel.

If someone knows otherwise...let us know.
