Default Excel 4.0 macro

I have couple of workbooks written in Excel 4.0. These workbooks are connected. One workbook is database (material) - (no macros) and other one generates some sketches (11 macros).
Does anybody has an idea how to convert existing Excel 4.0 macros into VBA code?

Default

There is no conversion utility that I know of. It will be necessary to either edit the 4.0 macros, or create them anew in VBA.
