Default problem with excel file

Hi there

I know this might not be the ideal place to post this but can't seem to find an answer to it anywhere on the web!!

I’ve got this issue with an excel file – I download it via a website and when I try to open it, it says ‘applications.xls’ not a valid web archive.

Does anyone know how I might fix this problem.
