Problem with SendKeys while downloading a file

Hi

I am using SHDocVw.InternetExplorer to initialize and navigate a URL from where I want to download a file. I use SendKeys application function to press download button on browser but can not do anything on the prompt which is thrown with Save, Open and Cancel options.

I guess all sendkeys work on the current object only. How can I choose any option on the download prompt?
