Default Drop Down boxes in Cells and selecting ranges

I have a spreadsheet with a bunch of drop down boxes in it, and would like to write code to check each cell and determine whether it is a drop down box or not. Any suggestions?

Also, on a given worksheet, how can one select all cells containing values on the sheet?

Any Help would be appretiated
