Default Copying Xl sheet from one Xl file to another

Hi all,
       I need one urgent help in Vb.net code. I have two Xl files with many sheets. I wants to copy all the Execel sheets from One Excel file to another. If the same Excel sheets are found in the Destiantion Execl file .It needs to to deleted first.and then copy.

         Please Anyone Reply me ASAP.......

If you can use the Excel Object

Use something like this

Sheets("Sheet1").Copy Before:=Workbooks("Input.xls").Sheets(1)

Nothing 'Works' like Excel
