Excel VBA

Hi,
I want to compare row with 12 fields with whole worksheet rows and check what is duplicate and what is different and different field should be merged in original row respective field and than delete the duplicate row.and automate loop to make records duplicate free and merge what is different form duplicate record.(I have CSV file)
Please help me with this,how can I do it?any other simple way to do this
