I use a Combo box in worksheet from visual basic toolbar by applying dinamic range in ListFillRange. But if data list range changes, list in the dropdown-list does not change. Please help me.

I take it that this is an issue that crops up when the number of items in the dynamic range name change. I have managed to replicate this sort of problem and it looks like its just a bug in Excel. I'm afraid that you're going to have to use the Worksheet_Change event to check & repopulate the ComboBox as required.
